PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ
of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by
the second respondent in TPDA NO.4275/2024 DATED 07.08.2024 set aside the same
direct the produce the detenu MR.KATHIRAVAN @ KATHIR SON OF GENGABAL
AGED ABOUT 21 YEARS is now detained at Central Prison Cuddalore
before this Honble Court and set him at Liberty.
