1. Short title and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Tamil Nadu Advocates' Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 1999.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [Came into force on the 28th February 2000 vide Notification No. 11(2)/ HO/ 213(h)/ 2000 issued in C.O. M No. 221, Home (Courts V), dated 28-2-2000.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
