Section 10 in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
10. Functions of the Board.
- The functions of the Board shall be-(a)to lay down policy for soil and water conservation in the state;(b)to advise the State Government regarding matters pertaining to soil and water conservation;(c)to devise ways and means for co-ordinating the work under the plans and for eliminating any difficulties in relation thereto;(d)to consider and approve the soil and water conservation plan for the State or any part thereof;(e)to scrutinise the progress made under the plans;(f)to perform such other functions as may be specified by or under this Act.
