9. Constitution of Committees.
(1)The Authority may constitute committees consisting wholly of members of such Authority or partly of other persons and for such purpose or purposes, as it may think fit ; and entrust to any such committee such powers as the Authority may specify by regulations.(2)The committees constituted under this section shall meet at such place and at such time, and shall observe such rules of procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings as may be provided by the regulations.(3)The members of the committees may be paid such allowances for meeting the personal expenditure in attending the meetings and for attending to any other work of the committees, as may be provided by regulations.
