(2)The employees of the Institute who were appointed on or after 1st January, 2004, except those on deputation or on foreign service to the Institute shall be governed by the scheme formulated by the Institute as per the instructions of the Central Government for employees appointed on or after the said 1st January, 2004 under the Central Government.
