The Court: This appeal is directed against an order of a learned Judge of this Court dismissing the appellant's application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Mr. Ghosh, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellant says that the entire Award amount has been secured by furnishing bank guarantee of Rs.5 crore.
A day's accommodation is sought for on behalf of the appellant. 2 Learned advocate for the respondent says that the Senior Counsel representing the respondent is in difficulty this week.
