Section 2(d) in The Bombay Drugs (Control) Act, 1959.
(d)"drug" means(i)a medicine for internal or external use of human beings or animals, or(ii)substances intended to be used for or in the treatment, mitigation or prevention of disease in human beings or animals, to which medicine or sub—stances this Act is declared to be applicable under sub-section (1) of section 6;
