(7)Any dispute arising between Gram Sabha or any matter concerning more than one Gram Sabha comprised within the area of Gram Panchayat and all matters contained in sub-section (2) of Section 7 shall be brought before a joint meeting of all Gram Sabhas of that Gram Panchayat.
