(2)The first meeting referred to in sub-section (1) shall mean the meeting, -(a)in the case of a Municipal Corporation, convened for the election of the Mayor; and(b)in the case of a Municipal Council or a Nagar Panchayat, as the case may be, convened for the election of the President.
