Section 20 in The Punjab Agricultural Credit Operations and Miscellaneous Provisions (Banks) Act, 1978
20. Exemption from legislations relating to money-lending and agriculturist's debt relief. -
Noting in any law for the time being in force dealing with money-lending or agriculturist's debt relief shall apply to financial assistance availed of by an agriculturist from a bank.
