24. Amendment of Delimitation of Council Constituencies Order.
(1)On and from the appointed day, the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Andhra Pradesh) Order, 2006 shall stand amended as directed in Part I of the Third Schedule.(2)On and from the appointed day, the Delimitation of Council Constituencies (Telangana) Order, 2014, as specified in Part II of the Third Schedule shall apply to the successor State of Telangana.(3)The Central Government may, in consultation with the successor States of Andhra Pradesh, or as the case may be, Telangana, by notification in the Official Gazette amend the Third Schedule.
