proceedings of the first respondent bearing Ka.No.ENIPO/EPA/Thiru/Ko.Thani/
No.142 dated 18.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently directing the
respondents not to proceed with the collection of the short fall amount pursuant
to the order bearing Ka.No.ENIPO/EPA/Thiru/Ko.Thani/No.142 dated 18.10.2012
issued by the first respondent other than the following due process of law.
