51. Investing of Claims and objections against any attachment.
- Where any claim or objection has been preferred against the attachment of any property under section 68 on the ground that such property is not liable to such attachment, the Registrar, or as the case maybe, his nominee shall investigate into the claim or objection and dispose it of merits:Provided that, no such investigation shall be made when the Registrar or his nominee consider that the claim or objection is frivolous.
