Section 7(2) in The Manipur Higher Secondary Education Act, 1992
(2)Notwithstanding the expiry of the term of three years specified in sub-section (1) the term of office of the outgoing members shall e deemed to extend to the date on which the names of the newly nominated members are published under Section 6.
