Section 29(2) in Andhra Pradesh School Education Management (Community Participation) Rules, 1998
(2)All the grants - in - aid for education and grants for educational infrastructure in the Municipal schools shall be released directly by the District Educational Officer to the concerned Municipal Education Committee.
