Section 24(1) in Tripura Board of Secondary Education Act, 1973
(1)The members of the Board or every committee or sub-committee, persons in the service of the Board, and any person appointed under this Act to audit the accounts of the Board, shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860).
