90. Collector may revoke orders passed under section 85. -
The Collector may at any time, with the sanction of the Commissioner, revoke any order passed under section 85, and shall give notice of such revocation both to the holder of the revenue-free estate affected and to the holder of the other estate to which such revenue-free estate was annexed.
