Section 2(a) in The U.P. (Regulation Of Building Operations) Act, 1958
(a)"amenity" includes roads, water supply, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, public parks and any other convenience which the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette specify to be an amenity for the purposes of this Act;
