Section 24S(1) in The Orissa Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 1958
(1)Every person intending to enter into marketing activities as a Contract Farming Sponsor within any market area of the State, shall make an application to the concerned Market Committee for registration in Form XIV and shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand) only as registration fee for the purpose. Where a Contract Farming Sponsor intends to take up contract farming activities in more than one Market Area, he shall make separate applications for registration in each such Market Area.
