Section 218(c) in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
(c)so as to provide for the making or laying out of a private street or private streets of such width or widths as he may specify in addition to or in substitution of any means of access proposed to be provided in such scheme or schemes and to furnish such further information and documents relating to the revised scheme or schemes as he may specify.
