% 28.03.2023 I.A. No. 5636/2023 This is a joint application filed by the petitioner and the respondent to withdraw the petition i.e. O.M.P. (COMM) 67/2021.
It has been averred in the application that a Settlement Agreement dated 21.09.2022 has been entered into between the parties. It is stated that all outstanding disputes between the petitioner and respondent have been resolved in terms of the said Settlement Agreement.
In view of the aforesaid, the present application is allowed, O.M.P (COMM) 67/2021 is accordingly disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 21.09.2022 entered into between the parties.
