Section 13 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Prevention of Begging Act, 1972
13. Provision of Certified Institutions.—
(1)The Government may provide and maintain one or more Certified Institutions at such place or places as it thinks fit, and may certify any institution to be a Certified Institution for the purposes of this Act and in any such certified Institution provision may be made for the teaching of agricultural, industrial and other pursuits, and for the general education and medical care of the inmates thereof.(2)Every such Certified Institution shall be under the charge of a Superintendent or In-charge.
