Section 49(1)(c) in Punjab Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(c)when such juvenile or child is transferred from one institution to another, all his money, valuables and other articles, shall be sent along with him to the Officer-in-charge of the institution to which he has been transferred together with a full and correct statement of the description and estimated value thereof;
