Section 1 in The Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Madhya Pradesh Order, 1997
1. Short title, extent, application and commencement.
(1)This order may be called the Election Expenses (Maintenance and Lodging of Account) Madhya Pradesh Order, 1997.(2)It extends to the whole of Madhya Pradesh State.(3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the "Madhya Pradesh Gazette."
