(1)[The interest and benefit and overall development of affected area/people] [Substituted 'The overall development of the area affected' by Notification No. No. F-7- 19/2015/XII, dated 14.8.2019 (w.e.f. 22.12.2015).] by mining or mining related operations in accordance with the Annual Action Plan prepared by the Managing Committee and approved by the Governing Council of the Trust for the purpose;
