Section 3(2) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002
(2)The Council shall have power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable and subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder to transfer any property held by it and to contract and to do all other things necessary for the purpose of this Act.
