Section 9(1) in The Bengal Suppression Of Immoral Traffic Act, 1933
(1)Any person who induces a female to go from any place with intent that she may, for the purposes of prostitution, become the inmate of or frequent a brothel, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both, and, if a male person, shall also be liable to whipping.
