ORAL JUDGMENT
Date: 22-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State
2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission to withdraw the writ application with Patna High Court CWJC No.6318 of 2017 dt.22-08-2017 3/3 liberty to move before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority'), of the concerned Districts i.e., Darbhanga/Madhubani/Samastipur, as the case may be.
3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
5. If an appeal is filed before the concerned Authority within four weeks from today, along with a copy of this order, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and in any case within four months from the date of filing of such appeal.
