Section 10(1) in Tamil Nadu Local Bodies (Election of Members to the District Planning Committee) Rules, 1999
(1)The Registration Officer shall prepare the voters list in Form-1 containing the names of all members of the District Panchayat, Town Panchayats and councillors of the Municipal Corporation and the Municipal Councils in the district concerned.
