17. Power of [Veterinary Officer] [Substituted by Act No. 9 of 2008, dated 17.4.2008.] to enter and inspect land, etc.
- Subject to such rules, as may be prescribed, a [Veterinary Officer] [Substituted by Act No. 9 of 2008, dated 17.4.2008.] may enter and inspect any land, building or other place or any vessel or vehicle for the purpose of exercising the powers and performing the duties conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act.
