Section 26(1) in THE NATIONAL ANTI-DOPING ACT, 2022

(1)The National Dope Testing Laboratory, established and functioning as such prior to the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to be the principal dope testing laboratory established under this Act and shall continue to function for the purposes of this Act in such manner as may be prescribed.
