Section 43(2)(i) in Rajasthan Agricultural University Act, 1962

(i)any person holding office as Vice-Chancellor of the University shall on such commencement, be the Vice-Chancellor of the University so reconstituted and shall continue to hold the said office and to exercise all powers and to perform all duties conferred on the Vice-Chancellor by or under the provisions of this Act, until a hew Vice-Chancellor is appointed;
