Section 3(1) in Arunachal Pradesh Agricultural Produce and Livestock Marketing (Promotion and Facilitation) Act, 2017
(1)The state Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, declare its · intention of regulating the marketing of such of agricultural produce and livestock, in the State, as may be specified in the notification. The notification may be brought to the notice of the interested public by publishing in local language & English on widely circulated platforms/ media like newspapers, websites and such other formats: inclusion of notified area under municipality may done after due consultation with municipal cooperation, as case may be.
