. This batch of petitions raises common question of law and facts. These are applications on behalf of the petitioners for an order to be passed similar in terms of the order passed by this Court in the batch of the petitions in Writ Petition No.11127 of 2022 along with other matters in case of Kabnur Education Society Kabnur High School Vs. State of Maharashtra in which the Court had granted the following protection :-
"2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be in the interest of justice that till the adjourned date of hearing, the respondents shall not absorb Assistant Teachers and/or transfer any Assistant Teachers on the posts ::: Uploaded on - 08/11/2023 ::: Downloaded on - 09/11/2023 04:43:55 ::: ppn 5 903 & 905.wp-7865.19 & ors.doc already occupied by the petitioners in their respective schools in question. Ordered accordingly."
2. There shall be ad-interim protection in the following terms :-
(i) Till the adjourned date of hearing, the respondents shall not absorb Assistant Teachers and/or transfer any Assistant Teachers on the posts already occupied by the petitioners in their respective schools in question. Ordered accordingly.
3. Let reply affidavit be filed on behalf of the respondents and be served on the petitioners on or before 13th December 2023.
4. Stand over to 20th December 2023.
