Section 20 in The Orissa (State) Council of Culture Rules, 1990
20. Audit.
(1)The accounts of the State Council shall be audited annually by a reputed firm of Chartered Accountants.(2)The Auditors appointed by the Government of India and/or State Government shall be competent to audit the account in respect of the grants in favour of the State Council.
