Section 67C(1) in The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945
(1)A license [to sell, stock, exhibit or offer for sale or distribute] [Substituted by G.S.R. 788(E), dated 10.10.1985 (w.e.f. 10.10.1985).] Homeopathic medicines by retail or by wholesale shall be issued in Form 20-C or Form 20-D as the case may be.
