Section 6(3) in Haryana Municipal (Registration and Proper Control of Dogs) Bye-laws 2005
(3)After the suspension of the licence on offence of cruelty to a dog, the dog shall be kept in the enclosure fixed by committee at the expense of the owner @ Rs. 100/- per day.
