Section 151(2) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
(2)The Government may in each year give to the Corporation an amount which shall include any money given by the Government to the Corporations as subvention for specific purpose or given towards the payment of the salaries and allowances, if any, of the officers and employees of the Corporation in so far as their works relates to Commercial Projects.
