      Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased topleased to issue an appropriate Writ,        Order or direction more
particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the
respondents more particularly Respondents No.3 in not responding to the
 complaint of the petitioner dated 22.08.2025, 25.08.2025 and 08.09.2025 to
provide police protection to the petitioner and her family members from the
hands of unofficial Respondent, who is illegally and criminally trespassed into
the house of the petitioner and threatened her with dire consequences which
is highly illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution
of India and consequently direct respondents to consider the complaint of the
petitioner dated 22.08.2025, 25.08.2025 and 08.09.2025 and pass

     Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased
pleased to direct the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner
and her family members, as there is a life threat to the petitioner and her
family from the hands of        the unoffcial Respondent by considering her
complaints dated 22.08.2025, 25.08.2025 and 08.09.2025 pending disposal
of the above writ petition and pass

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

"...to to issue writ order as direction more particularly in nature of Writ of Mandamus or other appropriate order to declaring the in action of the Respondent No. 4 and consequently direct the respondent No.3 to take necessary action as per the direction of the Tahsildar, Dumbriguda Mandal of Visakhapatnam District, Vide RC No. 37/2020/SA dated 13-08-2020 and pass.."

2. Heard Sri Potturi Vikram, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, Crime.411 of 2025 was registered under Sections 329(4), 78(2), 79, 351 (3) r/w Section 3(5) of the BNS.

4. In view of the steps already initiated, no further orders are required.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
