(f)"Migrants from other States" means the person migrating into the geographical area of State of Chhattisgarh from other State or Union Territory after the Date of Presidential Notification or Notification Date of Other Backward Class or who has been born after the Date of Presidential Notification or the Notification Date relating to Other Backward Class, as the case may be :
