43. Vacancy not to invalidate proceedings.
- No act done, proceeding taken, under this Act by any authority or other body of University, shall be invalid merely on the ground of any -(a)vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority or body;or(b)defect or irregularity in election, nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or(c)defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding, not affecting the merits of the case.The Schedule[See sections 2(s) and 30](Statutes of Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak)
