Section 82B(4) in Karnataka Co-Operative Societies Act, 1959
(4)Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the [Agriculture and Rural Development Banks] [Substituted by Act 5 of 1984 w.e.f. 09.01.1984.] shall consider such application after due enquiry for the purpose of making loans under this Chapter.
