Section 28(1) in Brentford Electric (India) Limited (Acquisition And Transfer Of Undertakings) Act, 1987
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government or Andrew Yule for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
