Sri Shakti Swaroop Nigam, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that two other writ petitions by the same petitioner raising identical controversy were allowed by this Court. One such order is dated 10.2.2005 in Writ Petition No.4670 of 2002. The original record of the said case has been placed before this Court for perusal. It is urged that the instant petition be disposed of in same terms.
Learned standing counsel very fairly admit that the instant matter is covered by order dated 10.2.2005 passed in Writ Petition No.4670 of 2002.
Accordingly, the instant petition also stands disposed of in terms of order dated 10.2.2005 in Writ Petition No.4670 of 2002 M/s. Flex Industries Ltd. vs. Labour Court II, Ghaziabad and others.
