(1)Subject to the provisions of this Chapter, on the appointed day,-(a)the Bombay Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Act, 1954, in its application to the Bombay area of the State;(b)the Central Provinces and Berar Nurses Registration Act, 1936, in its application to the Vidarbha region of the State;(c)the Hyderabad Nurses, Midwives and Health Visitors Registration Act, 1951, in its application to the Hyderabad area of the State; shall stand repealed.
