Section 99 in Maharashtra Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1966
99. Cinema licence.
- No places shall be opened or allowed to remain open for use as a cinema unless the person being the owner, tenant or occupier thereof shall have obtained a cinema licence therefor.
