Section 85(4) in Bihar Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2015
(4)A police officer shall be designated as Child Welfare Officer in all the police stations of the district, who shall sensitively handle the cases of children and report the matter to Special Juvenile Police Unit in the District.
