Affidavit-in-Opposition filed in GA-COM/3/2024 which is a vacating application. Learned Counsel for the defendant craves leave to file Affidavit-in- Reply. Leave is granted. The same shall be filed on or before the returnable date.
GA-COM/4/2024 is filed by the plaintiff praying for condonation of delay as well as extension of time to file writ of summons by four weeks along with prayers. Affidavit-in-Opposition is filed.
