The office bearers of the Tura Law College (petitioners) are present in Court today, in terms of the order dated 22.02.2021 passed by this Court for exploring the possibility of an early settlement. However, from the side of the Hawakhana Higher Secondary School, Tura, no office bearers are present and submissions has been made by the learned counsel for the respondents that this is due to the school examinations that are going on.
In the interest of justice, another opportunity is granted to try and settle the matter.
Accordingly, parties are directed to appear on 30.03.2021 before this Court through their office bearers.
