Section 18 in Jammu and Kashmir Single Window (Industrial Investments and Business Facilitation) Act, 2018
18. Protection of action in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Chairperson or the members of the Committees constituted under the Act or any employee of the Government for an Act done in good faith, under this Act or any rule made thereunder.
